the skills needed to Dominate the field
ACCELERATION: Improve first step quickness, more explosive on the base path and better reaction to the ball in the gap. Improve running strength, power and stride length.
BALANCE / STABILITY: Improve shoulder stability to help reduce risk of injury, as well as balance training for batting and throwing
AGILITY / DECELERATION: Increase ability to get to the ball, settle and make the play
PREHAB / CORRECTIVE EXERCISE: Decrease the risk of injury. Recovery techniques, warm-up drills.
