BEGINNER’S
PHASE

AGES 6 – 10

Designed to introduce the youngest of athletes to all areas of athletic development in a fun & positive training environment. Athletes should come away from this program with improved athleticism and a positive attitude toward training.

INTERMEDIATE
PHASE

AGES 10 – 13

Designed to introduce all components of athletic training in a positive learning environment. Drills and applications are used to teach skills, while keeping athletes attentive and maximizing effort. We focus on increasing movement awareness, body strength, coordination, speed and change of direction. This program establishes a athletic foundation and increases athleticism so the student athlete is prepared to compete for all sports. We have to develop a base. With ongoing methods, we take student athletes with raw talent and develop their fundamentals to help them excel across all sports in which they compete.

TRANSFORMATION
PHASE

AGES 13 – 16

Is designed to take advantage of the maturing mind and body, growth spurts and natural changes. We focus on change of direction, acceleration, strength and explosive training. We counter act anticipated physical growth challenges by improving flexibility. Our focus is to enhance your mechanics to gain more speed, strength, power, agility & endurance.

TRANSCENDENCE PHASE

AGES 13 – 19

This phase is to take your experience beyond the normal or physical level. Overall goal is to Increase a student athletes long term performance so they’re equipped with tools, knowledge and elusiveness to compete for starting positions and put there self in position to be recruited and earn scholarships. In this program we focus on speed, strength, stamina, bio-mechanics, and preparation for the next stage of the student athletes career.
